Sohyang is really impressive, but can we talk about Yuju's random supported F5? 'cause everyone on that performance who did the same part as her only used falsetto, Yuju just went like: "I'm a main vocalist, I can probably do it in mixed voice." But sadly, that's only her highest supported belt. F5 is still out of her supported range, considering it was just a fluke. I hope that she can consistently support her F5s and up, it would make her a top vocalist in this generation, even better than Wendy, the current best female main vocalist this generation.

tbh with you I'm not 100% sure haha. I know Kiyoung CAN support up to D5 just nobody ever pointed out which one are/aren't (like Lee Yejoon) and her heady placement makes it tricky. Lena has supported that note in that song before and this one does carry some support, and Joohyun's also carried support though it's tense (it's the highest she's ever carried support up to). @@davidemartorana22 You don't know what support is. As the vídeo goes on and on, the singers start to sound more and more like Broadway/ballad kind of singers. Even tho they were using a lot of compression/distortion on these high notes, (which is actually right because they were belting) you claim the others singers strain but they actually sing these high notes in the same way?

@@Trick6666 using "distortion"? you mean resonance, open throat and correct placement? and being a ballad singer doesn't have anything to do with how good you sing. the singers shown here use proper diaphragm support up to whatever note is shown, above, they may have problems like throatiness (using muscles in the throat to push the notes out instead of using diaphragm muscles) and too much tension in the larynx/jaw/tongue etc.

@@davidemartorana22 Have you done any research to back up your claims? Because everything you say is subjective, are your interpretation of what their doing, and is probably wrong, because in the real world everything that get in the way of singing will affect the key(flat/sharp or out of tune), which is not the case here.
