In 2024 we have more people that overweight and diabetic than ever. Recent political changes reflect a growing public interest in alternative approaches to nutrition and health. While personal choice in dietary decisions remains paramount, there's an increasing demand for evidence-based nutritional information that considers the complex factors contributing to the current health landscape. Let’s see which members of congress dump stocks related to seed oils before the bandaid is ripped completely off and you will know who is pushing this narrative. I have played with the carnivore diet for years and have came to the conclusion that it’s more about dropping all seed oils and processed foods that make so many folks feel better when they go carnivore. When I am strict carnivore and add seed oils in, even in the form of mayonnaise in chicken salad once, I have an immediate inflammatory reaction. This conversation is at least starting to open peoples eyes to do some research. My parents generation are stuck in their ways but the younger generation has the ability to do some research and hopefully will start reading labels.

Sorghum combined with clover regenerates the soil. Regenerative soil rotation will be needed.

The only thing that will restore the soil is animals. They can do it with regenerative ranchers that are becoming a real force around the world. Greg Judy is a good poster on YT.He has been hosting grazing schools all across the US and Canada for years. He doesn't just teach but actually has over 1000 head of cattle and 300 head of sheep. Ruckers,Mo is his location.

Vinay Prasad did a GREAT podcast suggesting comparison of RFK's views to those in other industrialized nations. Makes him seem much more logical!

Healthy people don't need health care, so assuming that really good (and expensive) health care systems would result in a very healthy population is simply incorrect.

If only there was something we could do to milk to make it safe to consume.. there must be something we could do…
@rockstarofredondo7 күн бұрын
Milk is already safe to consume. Cooking it makes it pointless to consume, not “safe”. Any food, cooked or raw, can have harmful pathogens on it. You’re not as clever as you fancy yourself.

All that processed food is made by companies that will be p.o. if they start going after them. The same companies that love their tax breaks. The "poorly educated" tend to be the ones who eat processed foods the most. This should be really interesting And how pray tell is getting rid of regulations going to help?

They'll do anything to stop common sense.Im old and my mothers family owned a big farm,decades ago we had a conversation about how come suddenly eggs meat and butter are poison when when back when we ate those things nobody was fat

After many years of eating all the vegetables and bread/sugar and getting fat I started carnivore 30 months ago.I'm now back to my weight of 50 years ago with so many problems that have went away I couldn't possibly list them all here. With a bmi of under 20 and a waist/height ratio of .42 at the age of 74 I can say without a doubt that butter makes your pants fall off.

I began investing in stocks and Def earlier this year, and it is the best choice I've ever made. My portfolio is rounding up to almost a million and I have realized that when a stock makes it to the news, chances are you're quite late to the party, the idea is to get in early on blue chips before it becomes public. There are lots of life changing opportunities in the market, and maximize it.
@viktoriagamez67659 күн бұрын
What opportunities are there in the market, and how do I profit from it?
@baileywalsh70409 күн бұрын
You can make a lot of money from the market regardless of whether it strengthens or crashes. The key is to be well positioned.

Is it possible so many are growing allergic to milk because of the processing it goes through and then it sits inside those plastic containers, picking up chemicals from the plastic? Years ago I could drink milk - peeferred whole milk - but somehow over the years I have grown allergic to it? Each time I try to drink milk or eat some other dairy product like butter, yogurt, cheese, etc - I get breathing issues. Its like there is "no air in the air"? And chest gets tight. But how do you develope a milk allergy as an adult? I was also recently diagnosed allergic to corn, wheat, barley, mushrooms, avocado, cabbage plus a bunch of molds + a few trees including black walnut. The grain issue I can sort of understand as I have the celiac gene so clearly that gives me problems with grain but what about the milk?
@rockstarofredondo7 күн бұрын
Pasteurized milk is very inflammatory. Pasteurization ruins all of milk’s best nutrients and leaves inflammatory cooked proteins and dead bacteria particles behind.

Public health is entirely political. We saw that with the thing we can't talk about. People either support public policies as unquestioned science or disregard them entirely based on political views.
