Hondaboats says 27” and then need gear reduction. I don’t believe that. I’ve seen 27s on the rubicon with no lift and no reduction

Bracket lift isn't really supposed to give you more ground clearance it gives you more ture clearance to fit bigger tires

Having that winch up hight will push your front tires into the mud or the wall your tryna get over. To much leverage brother. Let it get muddy

It’s for self recovery. Hook to a tree higher up than the winch and it’s not a problem. We ride water and mud, over time it will destroy a winch mounted low.
