Highlights from the Inaugural Fulbright Noir Seminar

Did you hear about the Inaugural Fulbright Noir Seminar? From 16 to 18 May 2019, the Fulbright Commission in Brussels facilitated the participation of 21 alumni and current Fulbrighters -- currently based all over the European Union and surrounding region, including Norway, North Macedonia and Kosovo -- in the platform's first-ever meeting!
