Only a weak turtle position gives enough space for this second arm to come through, I guess. Nice technique though!

@Perttu Hurskainen also, when you pull hard on the lapel with the first hand it disrupts the person's base enough that they have to open up or else they'll just tip over. Turtle defense is incorrect. No one defense in turtle this way spreading elbows out. Correct turtle is when all elbows are tight fold in, with no space gaps. Try this offense with correct turtle

You actually need both. Elbows in leaves gaps for opponent to create space for hooks in Elbows out stops hooks but allows for wrist grabs
