The singer of Highly Suspect is super talented, and you can definitely tell his emotions are purely put on pad and paper and sung for us to feel. In the 2016 song "Little Ones", he even says, "How long must I justify my pain through these songs?" Powerful stuff. He's been putting all of his emotions in his music for a long time now. And I love the band for that.

You prob already know this now but just in case you dont.... when you hear a song on the radio or TV and you want to know who it is...ask Google or siri. Say hey google...whats the name of this song? U can even hum the song or say the few lyrics you know. I often take the 1 or 2 verses I can remember and type them into a search bar on Google and it always finds it. Or if you know who it is and the chorus but not the actual song name, do the same thing, type into a Google search.

This song hits me hard and deep, I never really listened to the second verse and what it was saying until I saw the video. I went through the exact same thing, about two years ago, I was with a girl that cheated on me and I found out later on after I realized that she was pregnant. She swore up and down the kid was mine, we were going to stay together and I forgave her and decided that we were going to have a life together, until the baby came out. Whenever he goes into the hospital wearing all of this protective armor and bandana over his face means that he has put his guard up because he is scared of the outcome. It's his emotional armor. At the end he pulls down the bandana while she's giving birth because he let his guard down and his emotions got the best of him. But yet when the baby comes out , he is lifted into the air because he realizes that he is free from that point. He is free from her games, he is free from that life at that point. And whenever he hits the ceiling he pulls the bandana up because he has put up his emotional armor yet again. So no one can see the real him, no one can penetrate through to him. Stuff like that can really change a man. I still struggle with letting anybody into my psyche, and letting my guard down so that someone can see the real me so I can actually be in a real relationship.
@audreycronin26215 жыл бұрын

The thing about 16 is that when you,re young you,re a different kind of person. Then you grow a few years and find that you both have grown in different directions. You have aspirations and an idea what you want to do with your life. Maybe you grew and the other stayed in the same spot mentally. Life is crazy. One day you think you have it all figured out. The next you,re ready for change and realize the time spent may have been in vain.

One particular part of the brain - the superior temporal sulcus (STS) - responds to Songs. Now in the middle of the STS, the lyrics and tune are being processed as a single signal. But in the anterior STS, only the lyrics are being processed. This may be because no individual, complex processing occurs for melody. The brain first deals with music and lyrics together. Then, after passing through the mid-STS more complex processing kicks in, such as understanding what lyrics mean, and the two are treated separately. And the more they are processed, the more they are separated, So, probably the same way it happens to everyone else. One listens to the song but doesn't actually hear all the lyrics until they've heard it a few times. Peace
