Btw: My next vacation/short trip will be in the Netherlands, combining - (hopefully) with a Concert of Ladies of Soul or Glennis. Really! Grrr.... That woman in the end with the blue dress comes very close to Aretha, the same as Glennis comes to Whitney. These are the best performances i have seen in my life. Aretha, Aleta and Whitney are... and would be, very, VERY proud of all of these lady's, no doubt! Great tributes to this magical woman off all times.

I just filled in a request for another great thing of the Ladies of Soul, which will show you how versatile they are. Every year there is a moment in the show where the two youngest (Edsilia and Glennis) come up with a theme. One year they did salsa for example. The one I sent you is called “fun theme” and brings us back to the 90’s and after that the other Ladies bring us to more recent stuff. I hope you will react to that as well! Been to their concerts in 2014, 2015 and 2016. All amazing and the songs are so well picked from old skool to newer songs but all sung with a lot of soul! I would have gone to more concerts but my girls all stood me up😔🤷🏻‍♀️
