In regards to barbarian rage, the barbarian rage ends at the end of your turn if you haven't either attacked since the end of your last turn or taken damage since the end of your turn. Since in this fight everyone took at least a little bit of damage every round due to the mist, K'ehelyr should have either kept her rage for the entire fight or the full 1 minute.

Cmon Kim, you're forgetting the most basic food argument! Feed a dragon a half-orc, and she's fed for a day. Let the half-orc teach the kobolds how to hunt dinosaurs, and she's fed for her entire life! The PCs could also point out that the lich is likely to cause problems for the dragon in the future, and that they, as adventurers, can solve that problem for her (and save any personal effort on her part)

So according to the manuals, 50 coins weigh a pound. So, the dragon had 2500 gold, 5000 silver, 20000 copper. So that's 19500 coins, divided by 50, it gets us 390 pounds (or about 177 kg) of coins. Assuming each coin has a size of about 2 mm high and a radius of about 13 mm (this would be the probable size of a copper coin), the volume should be about pi*13^2 so about 530 mm^3 or 0.00053 litres. So, 19500 coins of 0.00053 litres amount to about 10.34 litres (or 2.73 gallons) of coins... And this actually very optimistic, because actually due to density differences, gold and silver coins are actually smaller than copper coins! So the coins would make a sphere of about the size of a standard basketball ball! The pile would barely be ankle high, probably! That's rather unimpressive, actually. Step up your game, dragon!

Most people seem to forget that. Ironically many focus on Frenzy and think the subclass is balls. The Frenzy ability is what is bad. The anti-fear and anti-charm ability however is great. It covers for one of the barbarians weak points.

I'm not surprised. Remaking a meat grinder dungeon for 5E is going to have similar results. However, I do find it odd that a non-intelligent undead decided to target the enemy furthest from it, should automatically attack the closest target.

The original Tomb of Horrors was a meat grinder because it was a tournament mod meant to test the players not their characters. They are certainly banking on the street cred of the original but Tomb of Anhiliation doesn't use that same design philosophy.
