Delhomme was fun he was so close to getting the Panthers a Super Bowl victory against New England in 03. Cam is a great franchise QB but Jake was the man for them back in that era.

I think he still got a 5 year 42 million extension with 20 mil guaranteed after that season, but your right he never played the same anymore after this game and the panthers later released him the season after, when getting benched for moore and playing horrendous. he did later go on the browns and then texans and had a shaky end, kind of a crazy downfall he had in his career. and wow that game was on his 34th birthday as the other guy said.

Unfortunatly this game was the end of Jake Delhomme's career in Carolina, he had a MVP season that year and he was becoming a good QB for Carolina as well, but this game holy shit he was off throwing INTs left and right....honestly watching this game I was. shocked and he was just throwing passes he shouldn't of thrown damn felt bad for the guy and that team, Carolina looked like they were gonna go to the Superbowl that year
