In a pan add
1 kg mutton/beef/chicken (with bones/boneless)
water 2.5 glass
oil half cup
ginger paste half tbsp
garlic paste half tbsp
Cover and boil until your meat is done. you can pressure cook it too.
Boiling time:
Beef/mutton: 40 minutes
Chicken: 10-15 minutes
now add 6 tomatoes, cut them into half.
cover the lid and cook for 10 minutes till the tomatoes get soft.
peel off the skin.
Mix and keep mashing the tomatoes with spoon.
cover the lid so that the tomatoes can form gravy.
Add Spices:
Salt to taste
crushed black pepper powder
red chilli powder
red chilli flakes
Roasted and crushed zeera dhaniya
Yogurt 3 tbsp. mix and start bhunofying
Sprinkle kasuri methi
greenchillies sliced, ginger julienne, fresh coriander chopped,
