I am 53 and trying to learn boxing exercises from your videos. Please keep making more boxing videos. Bought a Bob century for my sons and now I can use it as well.

Thanks, man. I relocated recently and haven't had access to Bob for a few months, but I will be making more boxing training videos in the near future. If you'd like additional videos that serve as ideal training guides, I recommend looking up Nate Bower Fitness here on KZbin -- he has a lot of great, structured boxing workouts.

He doesn't claim, and for good reason, that this is a video to learn good boxing skills.

Nor combat skills. I recall one with a finger tip eye strike. It would have been much simpler to Tiger claw strike the chin with the palm, or just strike the eyes with the same fist (Tiger). There is a subtle variation where you bend the two muddle fingers and use them ti strike the nose while the forefinger and pinky hit the eye. An open hand Tiger claw also leaves time to either grate down the face or grab something on the way out, like the nose or lips. Personally I want to see a swift thumb fishhook of the mouth. Honorable and gym training will not save your life. Consider how many people actually get attacked on a gym mat in a well lit studiohalf an hour into a training sessions? rain is rain, snow, ice, mud, gravel, pavement, incline, decline, woods, night, heat, everywhere all the time. Realistically you can never stop a surprise attack or Prison rush.
