Hikaru has won the speed chess championship 4 years in a row and wikipedia lists his nickname as ‘The King of Blitz’ for good reason. he’s rated #2 in rapid and blitz, and is arguably the best bullet player. he’s proved himself much more online than magnus has. his winrate through 12000 bullet games is 84%

Iirc last one he played he only played the blitz. He has been retired for quite some time. Obviously both WCh had way higher classical peaks than Naka in their lifetimes, and Anand was better blitz player as well. But I think its fair to say Naka would be a favorite in blitz against both of them in recent years.
