If you connect using Hik-connect account, you should make sure your internet connection is okay, or for best performance you can access hikvision devices by Local IP Address

Make sure your Output kabel have Internet connection. Already Enable dhcp service, Enable hik-connect. And using DNS 8.8.8.8 or DNS from Internet Service Provider
