Immerse yourself in a late afternoon hike up Mount Doug in Saanich, B.C. The late afternoon turned to night and I had to rely on a headlamp and lantern to navigate my way down the mountainside.
At night, small rodents can be potential bears😁
It is a crisp day in mid-February when I tackled this hike.
I tried filming this using the 24 frames per second setting. It turns out that on my camera, it does not stabalise the video well on that setting so some of the front facing shots look jittery or shaky, which is unfortunate 🙁
