That was quite the climb! Even though you didn't get all the way uo there, the views were amazing! I think that's still a successful climb. Clover is such a cute pup, nice you had a companion on this one. She looked happy heading down the trail. Great hike, as always 😊

Thanks for bringing us along on your adventure. Looks so relaxing and remote. Clover makes a fun companion but crowds at Yosemite may not be her thing. Trails looked nice and a bit different being a volcanic area, lush old growth looking trees and nice weather can't be beat. The boulders and sharp rocks at the top can challenge those grubby trail toes. Great camp set up and your lovely bride to too. The map and titles add to the presentation, good job. Thanks for sharing.

Yeah Clover did good. She's definitely slowing down in her older age though. It was nice to get her out on a trail with me. Yosemite is not very dog friendly. There are a couple of spots dogs are allowed but most dirt trails are off limits. That was a really cool, challenging trail though :)

I’m cool with barefooten, but mosquito bites on my feet and ankles would put me over the edge

Yeah, mosquitos really know how to ruin a good time. They weren't too bad though. But you're right...ankle bites are the worst!!
