Hiking the Iron Goat Trail

So cool to see! Thanks for making this. We drive Hwy 2 often and know where the interpretive trailhead is but can you explain exactly where you picked this trail up from.

The Wellington trailhead, it's a little farther east on hwy 2 near the pass.

Can you be a little more specific please. Which side of Hwy 2? Where the town used to be? How far up the pass?

@@joanzach4859 Middle of the pass, Tye Rd, only accessible if you're heading West. You can find the exact directions if you search for Wellington ghost town and go to the WTA(Washington trails association) website, which includes a roadmap.

Lol she is talking all com.that trail is beautiful. But they started off in hell.if she was by her self she would know how creepy that shelter is.i was there by my self .and it was getting dark.what happened to me is becoming legendary. Lol.s..t I will never go back into that shelter again. I seen ghost and spirits all my life.never went through anything like that they were talking real loud. And did there best to stop me from leaving. 5 years later and talking about it still makes me get chills.and that little girl lost has been crying for over a 100 years.i did not know the place was haunted when I went up there.i was just going on a hike at a place of the worst train reck in America. I left that place hurt bad trying to find that little girl I thought was real and in shock of what happened to me in that tunnel. I did research when I lived through it.and now I know all about it.thank God that little girl was a spirit. Because my heart was hurting not being able to find her.and spent some money firing rounds in the ground saying I see you I am coming just to scare some guy off that I could not see.dam that was hell on earth.and demon's are powerful. But I am a wild guy from the east coast and I had my cross on so they had a problem with me.thank god.and you better be a smart and powerful minded person if you come across them.or you are done. Thank you Jesus. And I did the one thing that you should never do.talked big time s..t to them.but hid my fear so they could not attach to me. Thank God I am a wile and tuff guy.never I say never am I going back up there.and want to so bad it is such a cool place.but the demon's do not forget. And if they see me in that tunnel by my self again they will get help and take my ass out.true story and vary real.do not take my words for it.go in there by your self when it is getting dark.you better believe in God and you better be a tuff guy or you will not be coming out of there alive if so you will be a different person. A evil one.because something will be attached to you.have a nice new years.
