welcome sir I have a question. In my store I have a device, there is a dvr samsung sdr-C75300 with 16 cameras installed on it. I want to replace it with Hikvision NVR, the question I have on my device is the camera installed above the cache register, the AVE vci-pro interface device is installed to send the image to the dvr, in order to give me the names of the goods and prices It is sold. My question is, is the device with AVE vci-pro interface able to install on the nvr you're showing if I buy it and buy an adapter for the cam the vci-pro mounts on transformer named BNC DC to RJ45 Network Balun Video Balun with Power BNC to RJ45 Converter for HD

I have 32 channel NVR and I want to keep one display of the 32 displays on the NVR console "locked". e.g: I want to lock just one channel( e.g: Ch 4 ) and keep the other 31 displays / feeds showing live on the console. ? How can I do it ? User would have to click on channel 4 in this case, and enter the appropriate credentials user id and pwd, and view the feed. OR The other question is : Can I make one of the feeds not be made visible ( or stay blank) on the console and user would enter or click on that channel - enter credentials. I want that one channel to be in "hiding" - is it possible. Thanks

Its Possible...create new user on NVR select manually which camera is you needed...other way Use ivms4200 create new user on software select manually which camera is you needed

Hi, I have an issue with my Hikvision camera. The camera is accessible via web browser but when I try to find and add the camera on NVR, the camera is not there. When I try to add the camera manually on the NVR, it is added and the status is offline (Network Abnormal). My POR Switch is Huawei switch.

I want to ask why the IP CAM after D16 doesn't want to be added even though the same password is both NVR and the camera but it can't work but if the 17th camera moves between D1-D16 immediately goes online, how to fix it after D16 wants to D17

you need to Add each camera that is connected to the NVR using a data switch by using laptop to change the default ip address of the camera and change the default password to be able to activate the camera. then only the NVR will show cam17.

connect your laptop to the switch and access the cameras and change the default ip address of the cameras to the same range of the NVR, set username and password, then only the NVR will be able to see the camera and show it in the live view.
