It is real , the predator that looked like human was a human . It was a mutational breed that would be considered handicapped by other humans who where less evolved at the time . But since this breed was so smart and strong people started to evolve like that . That essentially what evolution is . We have such 'breeds' even right know , autistic people , gigantic people and even midgets . Those are all evolution trying to make us evolve , but we don't live in the wild anymore so obviously all these 'breeds' are considered illnesses . Except for Autism , autistic people are actually remarkably smart at math and science . So maybe its the point where evolution tries to make us smarter .

Aaron, humans didn't evolve to look like predators, they came from a 4 legged primate 30 million years ago and branched off from natural selection a few million years after primates left the trees to be ground dwelling apes, lost the tails and the first hominids emerged

Further on Aarons explanation on the evolution, animals evolved to form natural fear instincts to certain shapes or form that indicates a certain predator in which almost always results in an immediate flight response, these natural fears form over generations and generations of being hunted or threatened by a specific species, now that being said, humans have a natural fear of something that looks human but isn't, what the hell gave us that?

If u wanna talk about Evolution, u can even look this up Whales used too Walk on Land that's a Fact, so basically back in the Quaternary Period (Ice Age) there were creatures on land such as Andrewsarchus that we would say may be related too pigs because they looked like prehistoric pigs, but in fact they weren't at all Andrewsarchus was a Prehistoric Whale that walked on land, now the theory goes that once it went into the water it was able too swim like a Whale, then eventually turned into a Whale, so whales used too have legs and used too walk on land.

The theory of evolving to look like predators is something I’ve never heard… and it also makes no sense… all life evolves in different ways and they take up whatever environmental niche that’s available. That’s why herbivores exist alongside carnivores, not because everything is evolving to be a predator but rather everything is adapting to eat whatever food is available when other species also are competing for the same food. We ended up as bipedal ape like creatures because of our previous lifestyle of climbing tree. Some even think we might’ve started walking on two legs in the trees as a new and unique method of climbing by jumping from tree to tree. This isn’t proven though so it’s just as likely we adapted to simply walk on the ground more instead.
