Hilary Swank is the real deal. Her “Million Dollar Baby” performance always stuck with me. True artist and beautiful human. May she feel her dad’s presence with her for the rest of her days.

Now I have to watch the movie. Having relocated from CA to TX to help care for my mother who had dementia, I know the emotional roller coaster one goes through in caring for a loved one. A ‘family caregiver’ deserves their own academy award for their endless support ❤

I often wondered why Hilary Swank dropped out of the spotlight, but now I understand why. What a wonderful daughter to put aside her acting career at the height of her fame to care for her ailing father. I was so sad to hear that he had passed away, but I imagine that he lives on in a special place in Hilary's heart. I was so excited when she announced she was having twins at 49, and her recent photo of her babies is truly precious! I can't wait to see her new movie!

Last night I watched an amazing movie with Swank and Bonham Carter called "55 Steps." Both women were so good in their respective roles that you'd have trouble choosing a favorite. I'd never seen Hillary in a movie before, though I'd heard about her for years. She is the real deal! The movie was made, I believe, in 2017. I saw it on KZbin Free Movies. It was mesmerizing! I could not stop watching!

That's cute her and Leo as teen actors. Her show Alaska Daily about vanished Native women deserved more than one season (my dad did alot of the research they ended up using - fellow Bellinghamer!). 🙋🏻♂️I was there Oscar night when Hilary Swank won in 2000. Back then you could camp out the night before the Oscars and wait to see if you could be picked to sit in the bleachers I was the first person to get photos of Hilary Swank as she walked on the red carpet and I still have those 35mm photos to this day I’d love to give them to her one day. Well anyways she was nice and kind and spoke to the fans in the bleachers. She deserves all the success she’s accomplished and bless her for taking care of her late father and congratulations on her new born twins.

Yes! That would be awesome!!! She was the Karate Kid also and deserves to be in the netflex series along with the men!!! And she deserves more than a cameo. But I doubt the egos of the men in charge will allow it. Her gifted & loved "presence" would outshine the others, I'm sure, and might threaten the power and ego of the men.

I Thank God for the grace and strength of Hillary Swank 💗💗I was soo excited when she won her first Oscar. My baby brother is gay and that movie helped bring a little more acceptance and million dollar baby was like a bio pic for all us kids treated badly by our Mom’s and still fought onward to our happiness, most of all her role in iron jawed Angels the fight for women’s right to vote still inspires me today 💗but her latest movie on missing, murdered and indigenous women is totally a blessing to all the voices silenced from violence 💗💗🥰🥰God bless Hillary Swank💗💗
