Caterhams are now also build with carbon and fiberglas. The biggest difference is the rear axle. Caterhams are using DeDion tubes (except the CSR) and Westfield is using IRS.

Thanks for providing us with your coverage , appreciated because living so far away is not practicable to attend lots of meetings , however please can you cover Wiscombe Park with bikes and cars . I suspect there are those that would love to see bikes , again many thanks

Sorry for not replying before. I'm not sure what a speed down event is, I guess some form of downhill / gravity racing? As far as I know Prescott hasn't hosted anything like that.

@@HillClimbTV Speed Down is based on gravity. It is what Red Bull ripped off in order to set up their childish attempts to get a cheap show. Speed Down is massive on the continent, and down in South America. It has very strict car construction regulations, limits on age and experience, anyone can compete between the ages of 8 and 80, depending on class. The current World Champion is French, and uses the most amazing streamliner car, superb road-holding, suspension, brakes, roll-over bar, it is a little car except it doesn't pollute! Of course, the vehicles that are used to tow them up the hills do pollute. Some of the course in South America are over 24 kloms long, and start at over 4000 metres! It is a grand sport, and is on my bucket list to take part in, rather than just spectate. Maybe you could arrange a small event?? Grovel, grovel. 😜😜😃
