Every person is different and no one can do things the way you would do them because people are individuals and so are our tasks. For example, if God wants you to lead worship, and you don't, there may be another person who can do it, but not in the same way, at the same time or with the same thoughts, talent and call. That's why I think that we shouldn't underestimate our missions :)

Hello @HillsongUnited... I know that you get loads of commendations inspired by wows. This moment as I type, after listening to this song 3 times, arghh.. until we see Him face to face will you truly KNOW how each time I, amongst the throngs of other saints have been led back to God, because of your gift and commitment. I don’t understand how my deepest pains are sung out by you, that I see and embrace His light, making me soak in His redemption each time... like it is indeed for a reason and season... Because it really is. It makes me KNOW again that He loves me, and is intentional, putting all this so I can bask in His love over and over again. The first decision in surrendering to God seems actually easier than daily walking in His light, being stuck in this dark and hard world...
