Hey guys. These past three nights I have noticed every time I am about to sleep I am overwhelmed with feelings of on uneasiness in my body, i can’t sleep. I just start thinking of everything going on, I feel so useless bc i don’t know how i could help the people that go through racism. I can’t shake these feelings for some reason.
