I can intensely relate to enjoying various iterations of death metal, and most certainly black metal. There are so many quality records coming out every year, and not just in those genres, BUT - holy shit, there are some good ones out right now within the two. Don't ever EVER apologize or feel guilty for art that you like. Not HIM, and definitely not Type-O.
