Yesterday I took test drives of both ciaz 1.5 petrol and Honda city I thought city would be better but but but..... Ciaz engine performance... refinement and the pickup is just far better than Honda city... If u don't trust me just go and take test drives of both ciaz pickup is superb as compared to city .even the suspension of city is not better than ciaz and even it feels jerky at low revs ... I'm going with ciaz and now it's not teen ka daba just go and watch safety rating .. just clear your myths thanku 😎🤘

It’s only when you poke it quite a bit does it get vocal. But that raspy engine note is oddly enjoyable. The new engine produces 105PS of power and 138Nm of torque. You can manage to get a clean start from 0kmph in second gear without the engine knocking. We tried! In fact, the city feels like the home turf of the Ciaz. You can amble about town all day long and still not feel tired at the end of it. There’s peace of mind inside the city, then.

i feel ciaz is better among three,, coz riding comfort is good and broad rear seats. but built quality must be improved (VW is superb).. and 1.5 engine should hv 110ps power.. thats missing.. Automatic diesel ciaz should be there.. Still Among all you missed one my favourite VW Vento.. expensive but quality performance efficiency amazing.. i like vento very much i was having one 201 2 model just sold it and bought vw Suv.. still vento is best on highway.. the power of acceleration just amazing.. VW hv break pad problem only.. run few km less than anyother cars.. coz its power and speed...

Maruti has already announced that it will not be updating any of its diesel engines for the new norms. However, the brand has also said that the 1.5-litre can be updated depending on customer demand.

My opinion is Honda city because it's much spacious and comfortable especially when you are on long drive and ghat section its bit noisy during pick up time, suspension is also bit harder, but if you have good roads then its okay, its much stronger in built quality and more luxurious look than both ciaz and verna, engine life is also better. Maruti is always bad smell inside and cheap quality fibre used inside the car

Hi Arun, can we see VW and Skoda offering anything in that bandwidth between Nexon to Creta ? Dont you think it's time for Ford to pitch in with Escape and Edge. That segment is already hot in India. Why waste time on Figo's and Aspire? I mean only if they are seeking decent numbers, but are they ? I am a bit sceptical about MG, may god prove me wrong. But I have a good gut feeling for Kia. They will emerge as strong players. I feel, with companies sharing their production platforms, down the line India will see a huge back end integration in services as well. So with Hyundai may be Kia can find a soft landing. What do you feel ?

And, for the most part, the motor is happy being the quiet kid. The new engine produces 105PS of power and 138Nm of torque. Quick maths will tell you that’s 12.5PS and 8Nm extra over the outgoing 1.4-litre motor. The highlight here, much like the older car, is its drivability. The engine doesn't mind being lugged a bit. So, you don't have to downshift to first every time you spot a speed breaker. Second gear should do just fine. It’s almost diesel-like in the lower gears. You can manage to get a clean start from 0kmph in second gear without the engine knocking. The Ciaz continues to get the basics of space, ride quality and ease of driving spot on. Moreover do take the test drive of the car to clear all your doubts.
