Yes both tank are different. If you don't want hot water even then, you can dispense normal water from. So every 2-3 days it's advisable to to dispense normal water from hot water tap so as to the water gets circulated in the hot water tank.

hello heena i remember that you have been waiting for AO Smith z1. there is no problem in buying it online and the regular service is also not that difficult, in fact in next week i am posting a video about the 6 months maintainence of z1, what is done and how. But the main question is that if in case any thing goes wrong than how will you handle it, also after a year may be when you need to change the filters ar that time how will you manage it. Hello Dear Agar apne pani 88°C pe garam kiya hai toh hot water tap main se woh pani ayega, lekin dusri tap main toh normal hi pani ayega. Garam pani ko thanda hone main bohot time lagega. Temp jo dikhta hai wo sirf hot water tank ke pani ka hai, main tank main toh normal hi pani hai.

Regarding service as they are new if there service centre is present in your area they will give you good service, also they have a good reputation for that matter as well. But it's important that whichever product you choose make sure you have there service centre in your area. Hi vipin, I assume that you are asking me about RO means your TDS is above 500. See TDS is Total Dissolved Solids, i.e. The natural salts (imp for our body) and other impurities dissolved in the water. So upto 600 TDS is permitted for drinking. Above that is not advisable. Now when we use RO it removes these dissolved solids and brings TDS Bellow 50. Thus I say it's weakest. For a detailed information see the Bellow given video which is in detail. Now regarding AO SMITH being better is because of the filter it provides and there quality. Just watch the full reviews of AO SMITH PURIFIER. Link given Bellow, that will give you better idea. The machine is only for soft water but note the technical details. UV tubes works under SS302 grade dark barrel and that may get fuse any time and the faulty tube can be identified only after opening the chamber. Means if water is virois or bacterial infected, the user may get infecfed with. The second point as per UV basic functionality, the UV light works only when water is totally clean and having TDS less than 200 ppm means again there is chance to flow microbes in storage tank. So basically only sediment filter mainly works here of which pore size remain 2 micron and the water born virous size normally remain 0.01 micron to 0.02 micron and microbes size vary between 0.2 micron to 5 micron. UV only deactivate DNA of microbes of which life remain maximum 24 hrs but virous life may go up to 6 months. Means the the microbes those can not grow but remains in your drinking water.
