it should work, update your windows 10 or 11 laptop, download netflix app from microsoft store. take uhd plan, good internet connection you may get atmos on laptop also. For monitor check that you have hdmi 2.0 or 2.1 port in laptop. laptop graphics card support 4k resolution. you are good to go.

Sometimes there are issues in hdmi arc conntion however optical it works fine. You can remove all hdmi conntion than restart tv now again plug in hdmi arc. First and test sound. Now plug in firestick and dth. Also turn of smart remote of soundbar using hdmi cec. Also turn off hdmi cec for each hdmi devices or in tv settings and try again to test.

Aap tv ke hdmi earc port se soundbar ke arc port se connect kar sakte hain. Use hdmi 2.1 version cable. Buy netflix uhd plan and select video quality as best in app settings. Now play any atmos content for atmos sound effects.

Hi, thank you for sharing the informations, liked your content. I have a question, if you could help me. I am looking for speaker/especially sound bar to connect via Bluetooth. But i am looking to place the sound bar opposite to tv which is about 20 foot distance, where we have sitting arrangements. I don’t like high volume so my main reason is to place speaker/sound bar at our sitting side. Now i am concerned if Bluetooth would be successful to connect this long and without having any latency in audio listening. I hope my question is clear, kindly suggest. Thank you.

First ensure that your tv has bluetooth and support for bluetooth speaker or soundbar. Now second question 20 feet is far enough distance, it depends and tv and soundbar bluetooth range or their quality. If they are in line of sight it is possible but may also have some distortion. 10-15 feet I have tested bluetooth headphone with tv and they are working well in line of sight.

If Bluetooth creates disturbance while playing audios, i will then plug them thru hdmi (arc) port. So now another question is, do we have hdmi cable this long, atleast 25-30Foot cable to attach both the devices. I don’t know how people are using sound bars while sitting at distance of 20 feet, they must be going with high volume which is bothering their other family members, neighbors & spoiling their ears too. You can not get atmos using analog, only hdmi earc is required. You need to connect some devices like amazon fire stick max 4k to connect in hdmi in port of soundbar and from hdmi out connect to tv for video. Fire tv cube 4k, apple tv

tv ki sound settings me audio output manual karke sare option enable karke ekbar restart karo jaise 5.1 channel, dolby, dts etc. Sound output hdmi select karna hai. HDMI cec ko turn off karke bhi check kariye.

@@shahenshah568 if soundbar has only l&r or aux cable and Bluetooth than you can use aux cable like 3.5mm to rca cable. On Bluetooth it is hard to notice any difference. If soundbar has optical abd hdmi arc it will produce better output as more bitrate can pass through digital cables. Digital to analog converter like optical to aux or hdmi to aux converter may have little difference.

Aux port se 2.1 channel ki sound hi milegi. For getting 5.1 channel sound from tv without optical and hdmi arc is not possible. You need to connect streaming box with hdmi to optical converter with soundbar or directly connect to soundbar with optical if that streaming device has optical port.

Some old TV have separate rca connector to out 5.1 channels, in that case receiver should also have all 5.1 channels audio inputs via rca connectors.

Using headphone jack you will get 2.1 channel in sound bar. As there is no hdmi arc or optical port I don't think there is way to get 5.1 channels from tv. You need a hdmi to optical converter and connect a streaming device or set top box to get 5.1 channel in soundbar.
