Kalpataru parkcity thane is one of such project .. ppl have not received flats since 2016 .. it was suppose to be delivered just before the pandemic but on the name of pandemic they extended it for 2 more years .. choose the developer carefully .. I have lost 1 lac token in this project..

My reaction to almost every sample flat visit was like - "the bed is only 5 feet long. There are too many furniture for this small room. There is no way to watch TV from the bed. The kitchen does not get enough natural light". They were never able to satisfy me.
