If anyone believes that waqf board has illegal land under its control can file a petition and decision will be made as per the law, merely propagating such bogus claims is not the way. Even government on its own can takeaway such land as per the DPSP on the constitution FOR COMMON GOOD as it happen in case of KESHWANAND BHARTI case.
