Hinson Clutch install YZ250: How to in install Magura conversion kit

Hey man great video My Buddy bought a Hinson cluth cover and now when he pull in the cluth you can hear it hitting the cover slightly spinning on the cover what can we do to fix it? We put the original cover back on and that fixed the issue but as soon we installed the Hinson cover it made sound again

That’s a strange one. Id reach out to Hinson maybe the wrong cover

I wonder how anyone will ever replace the cushions / dampers after they way this is locked down?

Bit of heat and an impact they will come out. Better then the shock ones that are locked in with rivets

Where are you getting the Brc 500 graphics? I’m building a Brc right now and wanting to get some graphics for it.

m7designsco.com/. They made them and make all the BRC stickers so they have the files. Are you building a KTM or Yamaha

2013, KTM 300 XC/500 Brc, 38, smart carb with Timbersled arrow 120. I have a really nice set of the aftermarket Kashima coated fox adjustable shocks with 20 position rebound. Xrt Tunnel cooler. And Brock Star built forks, it’s not ill put together yet, but I’m working on it. I rode CR 500s back in the 90s and I can’t wait to try this thing out. Big thumbs up on your Contant really enjoy it!
