Put one on my YZ400F about 15 years ago, big improvement over the cable style plus the self adjustment of clutch when clutch faded from abuse in tight woods was nice, I’ll never go back to cable !! 👍

I got an injury 20yrs ago that makes my left index and middle finger (clutch fingers) weaker. Started running Magura Hyd clutches in 05 and swear by them. Every machine I own has one. 7 people who own YZ250'S rode mine and went out and bought Maguras. I run it with their shorty lever and love it. Only downfall is ya can't order aftermarket levers for a YZ250, ya have to order a 2018 KTM 250SX....I think, I got it written down in my garage.

66.6% Subtract starting value minus final value Divide that amount by the absolute value of the starting value Multiply by 100 to get percent decrease If the percentage is negative, it means there was an increase and not an decrease.

The “solid 50” was put in there as a joke which is why we laughed in the video..i like putting him on the spot Kid makes me laugh. Clearly its well over 50% reduction in pull being 66.67 % which is amazing for what it is! That factory pull was terrible

Clearly some new to the game 500 riders. 500s have ALWAYS had a stiff clutch pull from day 1 whether it be a CR, KX, YZ, LT ect. Bigger and more springs are an engineering design from the factory to keep the clutch from slipping. Its part of the right of ownership!

I ran cr500 springs on all my built Trx250r’s 15+ years ago. Ran the magura on that quad with great results. Its even better on this 500
