The “H” symbol is actually for the Hellfire Club. There is also a Frost International Building. So I think they are eluding to Emma Frost. (Her move set as been found in the leaked game files as well as a future skin theme for multiple characters labeled “Hellfire Gala”)

Oh that expectations graffiti is definitely referencing Miles Morales - strange that it was changed to "bloody expectations" - Probably just to reinforce the vampire theme of the map but seems like a strange word choice imo
