This was the BEST tutorial I have ever seen on any subject. I didn’t get bored and didn’t want it to end! too limited, it did no mention the name of the muscles like the external rotators , also did not mention the name of the bones that form the pelvis, etc

hey ,if anyone else wants to discover exercises for stiff hips joints try Trefendous Pain Relief Tips (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my co-worker got great results with it.

I've never understood the anatomical reasons for pain in my hip, bum and leg, or found skeleton models helpful. But this along with other 3d anatomy videos really helps me appreciate the different parts causing pain, how I'm causing it and hopeful how to resolve it.

Great video. The human body is amazing. The more I learn about it, the more the theory of evolution gets thrown out the window for me. I'm convinced it is of intelligent design.

Could you do a video explaining what hips look like when doing kicks? I'm thinking specifically martial arts and roundhouse kicks. I keep hearing about "turning my hip over" but dont know what hips look like when kicking.

Very helpful, thank you. My hips are uneven from skating and I'm trying to understand the structure since I don't have much sensation in my hips (I have heard this is common for women of child bearing age).
