I had hip dislocation from playing futsal, I fell awkwardly into my hip. if this happened to you, immediately seek medical treatment. if possible, get help and carried with emergency bed.. it hurts like hell, don't try to fix it on your own. hip dislocation isn't selfcurable like cramps. please be wary

In a dislocation, the pain alone is sufficient to prevent the individual from doing much to help himself or herself. Call paramedics who will transport you to the closest Emergency Hospital. it is a serious condition as you will quickly realize.

One morning I simply turned to my left a bit as usual while dressing and without warning my right hip dislocated. Horrible pain and I was helpless. Fortunately my sig.other was home and called EMS. At the hospital, doctors were able to successfully treat me without surgery. I was lucky.

Can someone help -ight I was in a really awkward position the other day and then I fell and I twisted my leg in on itself when I slipped and my hip went the other way and I keep getting excruciating pain in my groin and around my hip area could this be a slight dislocation I can’t bare put a load of pressure on my right side because it makes the pain even more unbearable. I struggle with mobility in my right hip and really struggle to do basic activities such as walk up and down the stairs etc
