Thank you so much for this video. I have a left hip bone on bone arthritis and doing this daily is like a miracle. No more chiropractor 2 times a week. My lower back has no pain either. I walk easily right after doing this exercise. No more pain meds honestly. So grateful. I am no longer using a cane getting out of bed. Thank you again so much! I walk my dog twice a day now with no pain! Happy puppy!

Keep doing this everyday. This will help regenerate some cartilage even if it s lost. But that will take one year to see results on a MRI.

I have been having severe hip pain for about 8 weeks or more and I did this technique with pushing down while sitting down and my hip immediately clicked and I literally felt my hip slide back into place. I can tell you there was instant relief. I am just shocked. There is no more pain! Thank you so much! I truly cannot thank you enough for making this video to help myself and others! It is a true blessing.

I have been seeing a chiropractor for 2 years and have had hip problems since 2011. I work a very physical job with a lot of repetitive twisting and bending. I was at work and tried this. My jaw dropped as soon as I got about 15 seconds in. I felt a large this in my right hip like it was going back into place. Immediately I had no more lower back pain. Time to drop the chiropractor and seek other treatment. Thank you so much. I didn't think my lower back and hip were every going to feel good again.

I tried it and felt a relief. I'm so glad I found you, my x-ray showed my leg socket was in by 1/8 of an inch, after two years my foot started hurting. I saw PT and chiropractor and no relief, I think some of them didn't even look at the x-ray. I'm going to do it every day and hope it fixes it. You are a relief. Thank you

I went to see a chiropractor for left side hip pain. He adjusted both of my hips. Then my left side is healed but the right side starts to having pain. Each time I rotate my right hip clockwise, I can hear the popping sound. My right hip was fine before his adjustment. Could this be a misalignment or muscle imbalance that will heal over time?

get an xray bro if you havent already. its better to see an orthopod than a chiropractor. orthopaedic surgeons at a&e will do a full hip and back exam. dont wait as it can make things a lot harder and extremely painful. i have lived with my hip and back condition since birth so i know what im talking about. the hospital will say its better to be safe than sorry and end up injuring yourself more harshly. i hope it works out fine for you bro. take care xxx

I can't do it.. I can't find the top of my femur with my thumb. I feel like my thumb is doing nothing :( I'm in so much pain, the chiropractor won't put my hip back in she just has me come twice a week and never pops my hip. Just gently pushes with no pop.

Thanks for the great advice. That said, mine has now been out for over two years. I saw this video and every variable fell into place, but not the hip despite all my efforts. I suspect the time duration has resulted in a far more stubborn situation. I will go anywhere to get it returned to alignment, but want to avoid a Dr. of Chiropractic who insists on adjusting me from the neck down for many well worn reasons. Does anyone have a more robust technique or know of a Chiropractor or Orthopedist within a few hours of Indianapolis who can apply major force to a 52 year old, 6' 7" man who has honestly lost 20 pounds of muscle, since the incident that caused it and is suffering from many lower Sacrum area continual sharp stabs from the muscle spasms this is causing. I even quit my excellent job as life is becoming unbearable. I am bi-polar Type 2 and nearly off the rails with frustration triggered manic episodes due to these daily stabbing pains and no help from Doctors. (One was a Chiropractor , but I feel he was mistaken and thought it was my Sacroiliac Joint. My hip has been out 3 times in my life 2 decades ago, and I should have known it was that again, I hope those of you who also have yet to succeed, get it back where it belongs. I have seen 10 Doctors and tried every remedy but Opioids since the stabbing pain is so sharp, I see no point. Sorry for the thread length. : )
@pbjt23962 жыл бұрын
Sorry to hear. I’m not sure but I wonder if you also have Anterior pelvic tilt or posterior pelvic tilt as well. It seems to be quite common, and some of us seem to have it ever so slightly. I know for me this exercise did not work, and i think it’s because for me- my right hip is slightly higher than the left, and I also have anterior pelvic tilt. So I’m not sure my hip is even “out” of socket, and if it is it probably requires something that will orient it or situate it at a different angle so it can be in the “correct” neutral position for correct posture. Look into other hip issues, and if you can’t find anything check out ankle mobility and knee issues as well. The hips are slaves to the knee and ankle which basically means something below in the ankles or knees could also be related to and even the cause of your hip issues. Good luck.

I sat on the end of my bed and leant forward like the guy said and felt the tightness in the top of my thigh (off centre to the inner side) but I tried the stretch and it didn't resolve the issue. Lastly, I suspect, as another did in these comments, that mine is out of alignment in the opposite direction, due to the physics of the situation that exacerbated this. I also fixed it last time with months of backwards C stretching and biking; which the stretching lying on my stomach and reaching back to grab my feet in a backwards C fixed it. But that was 3 years all told from out to finally in after I self diagnosed it in the 2nd year of the debilitating condition. Desperate Trainwreck...

I'm doing research for a book. My character Gwen is alone in the woods, and dislocated her left hip falling out of a tree. She is late teens, early twenties. How would she relocate her hip?
@AL-yz2wi8 жыл бұрын
Depends if it is Subluxation or Dislocation. Complete dislocation rips/tears tissue to the point of no self repair. Subluxation can be self fixed, though it is difficult.
@vulpinedeity33798 жыл бұрын
I guesss it's subluxation, then. But that doesn't really answer my question.
@vnleao8 жыл бұрын
+The Man-Witch of the West A person CAN put a dislocated joint back in by themselves in most scenarios, it's mostly just the really severe dislocations that require outside help like surgery (assuming a person knows how to fix the dislocation.) They will likely deal with swelling and pain issues still afterward, but just google Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and dislocations and you'll find a goldmine of folks putting their own joints back in... Case in point, I woke up with a dislocated hip this morning (not uncommon at all with EDS!) and had to put it back in. I found this video because I needed help adjusting it once it popped back in mostly but it was definitely no subluxation... I can think of a couple methods for helping a hip get back into place but it depends on your character. Are they an "amateur" or would they have preexisting knowledge about fixing dislocated joints?
@vulpinedeity33798 жыл бұрын
To my knowledge, this is the first time it happened. But I know little of Gwen's past. The scenario is this; lost and alone, with danger all about, she strapped herself to a tree branch with her belt to sleep. Upon waking, she was beneath the branch, having twisted about in her nightmares. She had badly scraped her back so doing, and could not return to the top of the branch, so simply unclipped her belt and fell. It was upon trying to stand that she discovered her leg was out of joint. It is unclear if it was the twist or the fall that did this. It is also unclear what obscured the pain. Perhaps shock.
