To say that it has been a while since I uploaded an AC/DC reaction would be a real understatement. The last AC/DC reaction was over 6 months ago... Half a year. Believe me, I have been asking the same question too, why has it taken me so long? I have no idea. I guess I thought people weren't interested in them anymore. I'm guessing I was wrong. I have been told that Back In Black is one of their biggest songs so you already know I had to go ahead and listen to it! I really did forget how insane Angus Young is on the guitar.
Here is my reaction to hearing AC/DC - Back In Black for the first time. I hope you enjoy it!

Mollyboy.. ain't gonna bullshit ya man EVERY SONG off this album is FIRE..“Back in Black” is an iconic rock album that has achieved remarkable commercial success. Released on 25 July 1980, it was the band’s first album to feature Brian Johnson as lead singer, following the tragic death of their previous vocalist, Bon Scott. Back in Black has sold an estimated 50 million copies globally, making it one of the best-selling albums in music history. The album’s all-black cover was designed as a “sign of mourning” for Bon Scott, and its hard rock and heavy metal sound resonated with fans worldwide. Back in Black remains a timeless classic, and its impact on rock music cannot be overstated!.

Angus Young has one of the best vibrato techniques ever. So distinctive and tasty. He created some of the Best guitar solos ever recorded. Gotta give props to his brother Malcom who was rock solid and his power cording was a key to how well the songs worked and created a perfect platform for the songs. Interesting factoid. The Back in Black album was recorded in the Bahamas & is considered the most “sonically pure” album ever recorded. EVERY venue uses Back in Black (song) to set their EQ’s for the evening’s performance. It is literally the most pure “musically” you will ever find & I’m probably wrong, but I thought it was in the Guinness Book as such too. You should also check out Hells Bells if you’ve never heard it, we used it to mess with terries in Iraq, every morning. 😉

Little brothers taking us back! EW the memories! The parties! The ladies! Good times. You know despite the fact that Angus's brother's guitar is bigger than he is. And that these little dudes are so bad ass in the music scene. The are rock giants at 4 foot 11 I think Angus is like 5 foot even er something. There so powerful on stage. And yes early 80's up into the early 90's was AC/DC. They wasn't really considered metal but more Hard rock. In the Def Leopard, Autograph hark rock category.

I saw a video a few years back. The guys in the band were saying that Bon would go to different clubs and listened to the bands. Bon never liked any of the singers. One night he came back and was so excited about the singer he had just been watching. They were shocked since Bon never liked these singers. Bon told them that this was so great and the guy was even lying down on the stage singing. Turned out to be Brian Johnson and the band he was with at that time. What Bon didn't know was the reason Brian was going all out then singing from the stage floor was that he was having an appendicitis attack. Bon had left Before the ambulance showed to take him to the Hospital where they removed his appendix. The guys in the band said that in a roundabout way, Bon picked his replacement. Sure the video is still out there.

This is my jam! Whenever a band covers this, I'm up dancing when the mute strums start. Best dancing song EVER!! Note: I was 13 in 1970 😊

As a 14 year old young lad I was taken to see AC/DC headline Monster Of Rock festival in 1984, that day change my life and started a lifelong love affair with rock and metal.

It is a foolish to think that no one must like AC/DC after all these years. One listen turns virtually everyone into an instant fan. You may not fancy classical music on a day to day basis, but when you hear, Beethoven, Bach or Mozart, you KNOW you are listening to something absolutely epic. AC/DC is the finest expression of rock. It, like the best classical music, will endure forever. Some may not want to admit it, like some don' want to admit they are moved by classical music, but I don't think this music can fail to move one, on some level.

I get your point, but not everyone is moved by classical music no matter how fine it may be. I can appreciate that a piece of classical music is good. But does it move me? No 🤷🏻‍♀️

I was in like 6th grade when this came out! Huge fan! Pure rock at its finest! Everyone knows the name even if they don’t think they’ve heard them before. It’s like queen - you finally listen to a song and realize you’ve been hearing their songs everywhere but didn’t know it was them. So many iconic songs.

Back then, this is the song that made me finally get off my ass and learn to play the guitar. Decades later it has been a great ride. Thanks Mal (RIP) and Angus!!

One of the best classic rock songs, no question. I am surprised to see this video, I hope they don't take it down-AC/DC are notorious for doing that.

Hey Molly Boy. Great reaction. If you want to go back a few years to Bon Scott I highly recommend Let there Be Rock but it definitely has to be Apollo Theatre Glasgow 1978. It's a great example of the raw energy you get in a bands early years. Although at the top of their game with Bon Scott at the time, you won't belive the pure energy that Angus Young brings just a few years earlier. You HAVE to see it Molly. Trust me ❤

Dude I love your reaction videos! Love seeing younger people enjoying my era of music. 60 years old and im still rocking, a little slower these days but still rocking. Dont let negative comments get you. There's always jerks everywhere you go in life. Stay real like you are ❤🤘🎶🎸🎙🥁🎵

If you ever want to see them live, the best performance ever is Live at Donington in 91 (released as a double album 1992 - my first music purchase ever). The video is pro-shot and absolutely phenomenal.

MORE AC/DC!!! Any AC/DC. In my opinion, they do not have a bad song. I grew up in the 70's and 80's. Graduated high school in '88.

This was the band's first album since the death of Bon Scott. RIP!, They found a singer with a similar voice and power, wrote a killer set of songs and took off like a rocket! I was in 8th grade 12-13 yrs old blasting this on my paper route bike boombox, delivering papers after school in my neighborhood 😊life was so good didn't knew it....
