I just saw Marilyn Manson and Rob Zombie the other night, it was hands down the greatest show of my life! Rob actually HUGGED ME when he was walking thru the crowd when I showed him my portrait tattoo of him on my shoulder. Marilyn Manson's set was great as well, and the best song he did was "This is the New Shit". You need to react react to Manson's "This is the New Shit" at some point. I guarantee it will be one of your top Manson songs, knowing you also like hip-hop.

And also what happens when you give his music a chance because it’s that powerful, the lyrics are that meaningful, and he’s that good of an artist. Also 🖤this song. So much. And this time period of Manson; his makeup costuming and aesthetic were really elevated here. This is the time period when he was with Dita Von Teese, the legendary burlesque performer, (who he credits with teaching him “how to do my makeup right” 😂) who also became his only wife so far. She’s actually in the video in the martini glass. And one of the girls on the stage. Yeah she’s gorgeous. And smart. And owns her sexuality. Out of this relationship and this time period Manson gave us an outstanding album, The Golden Age of Grotesque. An awesome album, hope you check it out, I think you’d like the whole thing.
