Hi sorry for bothering just here to ask a question about cervical instability. If I was prone to this and underwent a treatment for pinched nerve which includes repeatedly relieving tension in muscles in cervical spine like cupping or massage. Would it get worse by it? Could it result in new symptoms of cervical instability?

My hips have been snapping for over 10 years and can sometimes be painful I've been pregnant twice and both times struggled to walk far i just not been to drs as I feel like they'll ask me to loose weight i don't think it's anything to do with my weight I've not done anything different in my life
