This was so easy to understand.. The only part I felt wasn't explained as well as the rest were the ligaments.

Skeletal muscular symbiotic structure of lower torso. An incredible range of motion and base of many related functionality uses. 💀 All joined components magnificently designed for particular task. Dem bones 🦴 Dem bones 🦴. The ball and socket got the call on this one as it fit the bill for the requirements of the tasks at hand. I’m hip about time ⏱。

I have a question for anyone who knows the answer would be great. If someone does the front splits is it okay for the back leg to stretch backwards in extension? I want to know if the muscles can be stretched without affecting the ligaments and tendons connecting the femor to the hip?

Hi Ningaraj! We're sorry to hear that you feel that our video is too fast. If you like you can try to reduce the speed of the video by clicking on the little gear wheel icon at the right bottom of the video. You can make the video a little bit slower there, I hope this helps :) Have fun learning!

when you first start hearing this stuff it seems that way but I bet you are absorbing more than it seems and when you hear these things elsewhere you will begin to be more familiar. I feel you- at first it sounds like another language! :)

@Kenhub6 жыл бұрын
Hi there! Did I understand you correctly, that you have a fracture in your hip joint? If so, we're very sorry to hear about this problem! At Kenhub we focus on providing information about the gross human anatomy and histology only and are very hesitant in giving medical advice. A doctor who knows your full anamnesis and can make a physical examination can assess the situation a lot better and give you the right treatment. We, therefore, can't give you any diagnostic or therapy instructions. We're sorry! We hope you understand and wish you all the best! :)
