At 1:46, your "internal rotation" that he observes is actually back to the neutral position. I struggle with internal rotation past neutral, but did not used to. This is newer. I'm sure there are some periformis issues (DPT confirmed with his elbow and working with me on a low back issue). I'm downloading this video to try these out in the gym. // 3:01 "We have almost like an internal rotation." Almost? Yeah, there's some with that drill. You can add another internally rotating pivot on the trailing leg right before coming back to square. // The open-chain moves are a little tough if I can't already internally rotate. Will work on it. I'm one of those "stuck" guys now. Thanks for posting these 4 drills.
