Bam, and just like that and in under 6 minutes I pretty much know what my pain may be. As you said, there's a lot of noise out there, but you explained it straight and to the point. THANK YOU!

Are the exercises in the linked video for Hip Osteoarthritis also considered the "safe/easy stretches" or is there a separate video showing the stretches that might help? Thanks!
@PerformanceSportSpine3 ай бұрын
Yes, there are level 1 and 2 exercises

I can relate to many of the things said in the video I have a sharp deep groin pain (especially with internal rotation) and a quite significant restriction in external rotation and also some glute med/piriformis issues. I also had trochanteriic bursitis but this and the buttock pain have improved, I think mainly due to single leg exercises and glute strengthening. However, the restricted mobility, groin pain and clicking sound (all of these mainly on my right side) are still there. I also have poor internal rotation. I have seen an orthopedist and got an MRI and X-Ray of my hips. The thing is, these images can't explain my problems, the hips look quite ok and only a subtle deteroriation of the bony structure is visible. What could it be? I am thankful for any idea and tip on what I can do to improve.

@@PerformanceSportSpine not for this hip area pain/burning feeling during workout but in previous years MRI scans said lumbar herniations..could that cause this? Or is this a separate issue?

@@brittanysuppes Hard to say, this video can help you differentiate hip vs low back pain. But typically if bending your spine or prolonged sitting doesn't hurt, it is unlikley to be the back. Hope this helps kzbin.info/www/bejne/onfclamtmb94h5Ysi=1NVtrtOXKE6qHnFg
