股関節が硬く整体に行くといつも指摘されます。その時はほぐしてもらい少し柔らかくなるのですがまた時間が経つと戻る...今回の膝から足を下ろすやってみてビックリ!開くようになりました。家でも時々やってみたいと思います。ありがとうございました😊

よく整体師さんのストレッチに似たようなものがあります。ただ、足は早く動かしています。先生のやり方ですと、より血行が良くなっています。ありがとうございます。

山内先生 股関節が痛くて困っています。右膝が痛く正座できない 右股関節が高い、右膝を抱えると、右外側に逃げてしまう、体が縦に左後ろに曲がっている よろしくお願い致します🤲

脚をのばして膝蓋骨を下に押して膝を90度曲げるときに膝蓋骨のスライドがキープできているのかよくわかりません。膝を曲げる時に筋肉と一緒に返ってくる感じです。

股関節めちゃくちゃかたくてあぐらかいてもすごい膝が浮くのでやってみます✨ 今30代前半なのですが、学生のときから両肩の真ん中あたりの一点を瞬時に強く押されると人一倍痛みます😵 これはあたしだけなのかなぁと気になりまして、、瞬時に押されると足がガクガクっと崩れるほど痛みます🤤 なぜだかわかりますかぁ?😩💦
