Someone took a hammer to my corner. busted the rather flimsy internal sliding lock, and walked away with my 7k Ibis Carbon Ripmo. The material is super strong, but my guess a 27oz framing hammer to the corner. So now I have a stolen bike, and the 300$ lock is busted.

Thief's use stolen tools, so Diamond disc will be more than rare. Furthermore they are SLOWER at cutting and not really designed for this kind of material apart from being more expensive. You wont destroy the disc, but will take forever and make a lot of noise.
