I would have asked if he receives a paycheck from Walmart? Or if he receives his normal state/city paycheck? I’d be wondering a couple of things. 1.) he is using all the city resources and making money from Walmart? 2.) Walmart reimburses the city for his full pay? Net pay? Including OT hrs? Or some other contracted amount including profit? Or lesser amount? This seems extremely shady and worth investigating through the PRR process. This distortion between the public and private sectors is a common feature in authoritarian and totalitarian systems, where the government seeks to control both the means of production and the narrative surrounding economic activities.

These guys dress up in swat team uniforms to scare customers from shoplifting, but this tactic probably causes resentment with most people, so it’s not a good one.
@tc4660 Жыл бұрын
@@dakotaellis9978 it ain’t no tactic, it’s border line shadow employee to bilk the public tax fund and waste resources. While this guy plays guard dog to petty larceny private residents are getting robbed, those robberies the regular people need to file a report, collect evidence and wait for an investigation if anything is done at all. Why doesn’t Walmart need to do the same? They have loss prevention doing live surveillance, security companies that can observe license plates and report to police and easily track down the suspect. We have ring doorbells and neighborhood watch and little follow-up because our resources are at the Walmart and not investigating crap. Nothing like getting it in the butt coming and going. The tax pool would be minuscule if only Walmart was contributing. Think about it; 1$ from 1 million better then 50k from 1 business. They all get federal and state grants. Bank on it. Organized crime.

Curious: I regularly see cops at Walmarts . Are they responding to a call? Or are they actually working as security for Walmart? If as security- does Walmart pay the cops direct or does Walmart pay the police department? Because if the cop is being paid direct by Walmart, then the cop is technically just a security guard. If working as a security guard, why are the cops allowed to bring all that taxpayer funded law enforcement gear to their second/side job? It’s the cop deciding to Give SUBSIDIZATION to Walmart. Why should Walmart receive all the benefit of taxpayer funded equipment? Another query: does Walmart have the required permits to have Armed Security? Or is Walmart sidestepping the mandatory permits by hiring off-duty cops? Honestly, I couldn’t care less if a cop chooses to work a side job. What I do care about is when the cop is doing his side job in official law enforcement uniform. *Even having a taxpayer funded patrol unit on site. I always wonder, if the off-duty cop working as security gets in a skirmish and drops and breaks the taxpayer funded radio. Who pays for the replacement? Walmart, the cop, or the department (taxpayers) ? And the lawsuit if the skirmish is unjust, why is that on the taxpayers?

You asked which courts the other day for getting the case dropped with a Trust. It was Washburn County circuit Court Wisconsin for disorderly conduct. I missed a court date, had a warrant, went to court got out quashed, filled out the Trust papers. Mailed them to the DA, "judge", clerk of courts and my public pretender. Told him to go into court and say it's been moved into a Trust. I didn't show up for court and they all had their papers and dropped the case. I'm not going to claim it's a 100% guarantee. But it worked even after they put out a warrant and quashed it after promising to come back. I created an Express Revocable Trust using the case number. Did a promissory note, form 56, showed proof of certification etc. I sent them overnight on a Thursday and court was like the next Tuesday. I've had success with this method with courts that are not familiar with me. My local courts refuse to accept anything I send to them 🤣
