About point 3: That's not entirely true. In a few countries, there are group assessments. The processes are coming back to normal. For example: Brazil, Argentina, Portugal etc.

You don't fail.....they train you properly as they have invested so much money on you to bring you to Dubai. Why would they let you go so easily....just because you failed training? No never. They make you work on the aircrafts.

See I have a degree in psychology and now a PHD I have been a flight attendant not with Emirates mostly the flight attendant all over the world have almost the same standards but the company SOP is different to be really honest if you want to be a cabin crew 👩‍✈️ you just need to be lucky to get hired . I have seen the cabin crew in Middle East they don’t even understand or speak proper English . In the same hand if you look at Aeroflot or LOT polish some of the crew doesn’t speak English at all not even one sentences . In short you just need luck to get hired also you need to be lucky on that particular date so that a particular recruiter likes you .

I don't see much difference between being a waiter and cabin crew. The waiter serves in a restaurant and the cabin crew serves in a plane. Both jobs serve food, drinks and doing the cleaning etc

This guy says great about Emirates but to be frank till date i have applied lot's of times. No response from them. Changed cv do whatever it's required to get inv. Still no use. Simply waste of time applying in Emirates. If possible try to join them on open days but i don't think so your luck with that. Try in Qatar Airways it's best they always give us an apportunity to attend their requirment event.

Be careful folks ! I’ve been working with Emirates for the past 4 years and this company won’t give a damn about you and your health and well being , despite harsh covid times I’ve been living in accommodation since then even though it’s really effecting my mind and health yet they don’t allow us to move to a new place so it can be a change yet hiring new crew and giving them better place to live then the seniors crew who had been faithful to Emirates . There are many more to crew life 😢this is just one of them .

It does take sometime also depending where u currently are. I had applied in October and got a mail for interview in January. As I'm already in Dubai it made it easy for them to interview face to face. So yea, u need to wait and have patience coz they have a lot of applications

After i did my final interview they sent me an email that i reached the final steps in the selection process and they required some photos and after i submitted the photos, the submission status changed from under review to interview complete and todayy the status changed to completed. So that a good sign or no im so confused 😐

I applied on February 22, on March 2 I got an email saying my application is missing something, although I added a resume and two photos in a suit how they ask on the website - a passport size photo and a full height photo, signed a declaration and filled personal information section. Under review doesn’t mean it’s rejected keep checking ur status if it’s rejected it will automatically change to un successful
