I think so too! I love unagi but I enjoy the subtlety of anago. It's less sweet plus it isn't something we can find easily outside of Japan. The food in Hiroshima is awesome. 😋

Yes the fried oysters are amazing! Everything was good but the fried oysters are definitely my favorite. 😋 There was Indonesian? Haha...that was probably from the ambient audio clip I used. Didn't realize there was some Indonesian in there. 😆
