Not a fan of reptiles but was still blown away by that iguana enclosure. Not only does it house Houdini comfortably, it makes sucha wonderful display in the house that absolutely flows seamlessly with the design of the rest of the house. P.S. Houdini smiling at 23:57 is oh so adorable!

I agree he is so calm relaxed and patient with cats esp. The equana is cool but not into snakes or bugs . Beautiful zen like place . But all those animals & then adding a German Shepherd seems so high maintenance Imho. But it's his thing so whatever works for him. Very cool bachelor crib.

Every time I see a 10' wide tiny, I just wonder why more people don't go for it - the extra foot and a half makes a world of difference, and towing it only requires a wide load permit. Just love this farm house tiny and all it's exotic room mates - the cats are hilarious! But the bathroom is the jewel in the crown - utterly gob-smacking! Love the quiet and reserved decor throughout - a man with taste and flair.

This guy has done so well for the sheer dedication of making sure to his pets needs and for nearly getting himself debt free,and that bathroom is gorgeous,I'd dream to have one anywhere near to looking that good, really like the kitchen set up( and hopefully he'll fine a partner who loves to cook one day, and who love his pets as much as he does,) can tell your so organised with how neat that fridge and freezer are. This is one of those I'd love to see again, two years later. I'm wondering if he made any changes or added more interesting creatures, or a roommate. I admire that he worked through and was able to pay off his house in four years by working two jobs. It sounds like he could have used some guidance early on (I'm his parent's age lol) so that he kept his costs and priorities (larger bathroom sink, washer and a dryer, etc) in better places. He was so open about all the things he probably should have done differently. But, like I said- I admire that he worked hard and made it work. The end result is a gorgeous home, with stunning pets. Those cats were the most curious I've ever seen on a show!

Loved how you made the tiny work for you and love, love, love the bathroom. If you wrap the cat tree with the sort of rope used in cat trees, the cats might focus their attentions there. That's the size microwave convection oven exhaust that I want and can't find it in the UK. I don't want a regular oven. Takes up too much room in the small kitchens here. Why they're not catching on here is beyond me.
