George, just when I thought your scapes and your videos couldn't get any better, you release this. Every aquascaper 600 you've scaped and shared on your channel--the one at AG, the one in your home, and this one--turns into my favorite scape ever. You're a huge inspiration.

Wow from one tank to having two more!! You know you've done a GREAT job when your client started from one planted tank to having 3 tanks in such a short period of time. By the way he needs to make his water changes easier by having a hose connect from the tank to the tap and to be able to roll it up and kept somewhere when it's done.

Luca Lo Nardo All info on the controller is on this UKAPS forum thread - . www.ukaps.org/forum/threads/any-one-tried-hinterfeld-bsfh-programable-smart-controller-for-led-fan-dc-pump.52979/ The dimmer that you can buy from Aquarium Gardens, the same time you buy the light is excellent. The Hinterfield dimmer does gives you complete control to create a sunrise/sunrise setting and, i find, is a perfect addition to the Twinstar light. Can’t recommend the Twinstar lights enough. A lot of light for the money. www.aquariumgardens.co.uk/lighting-49-c.asp

is the Twinstar S too much bright for the low light plants like the trident? How to control the algae with the high power led like the Twinstar S ?
@GeorgeFarmerStudios6 жыл бұрын
No. Trident like higher light and nutrients. Most plants do. Some do better shaded (Anubias for example). As long as the light is balanced with appropriate CO2, nutrients, circulation and maintenance then all plants do great with higher lighting.

hi george , is there any way that i can ask Steve about that timer he has ? after watching this video , i immediately bought 2 of this timer , but after i follow the instruction that was given , i still could not get a hang of it , the lights does not follow the time and the intensity that i set before . The only thing that works for me is manually turn on the lights button . Thanks .

@johnleechiashen6 жыл бұрын
ok , thanks george .
@stevengould29656 жыл бұрын
johnleechiashen did you fix it in the end? You need to set start time percentage at zero. And say half hour later at say 100%. It’ll slowly ramp up over that time. For off - half hour before off time set at 100% than zero at off time. It’ll slowly ramp down. Hope that makes sense!

I just got some tnc fertiliser today. Was using seachem range before but I don't know what I'm doing so just going for a complete food for now lol
@legomailman6 жыл бұрын
George Farmer uses "The Aquascaper Complete Liquid Plant Food" by Evolution Aqua for all his aquariums. It's George own brand of ferts. Dosage is dependent of litres of water in tank and amount of plants.
@SnazzyZubloids6 жыл бұрын
It's not just fertilizers, it's CO2 injection as well as a plant specific substrate.
