I just subscribed to you today. I hope you keep on trying. I understand you are going through a lot, yes we all have good days and bad days, but we have to just go to bed and try again tomorrow. A loved family member always told me girl just pull up your bootstraps and keep on going, so that's what I do I may feel sorry for myself for a day or a few hours in a day but then I go right back to it. I know that if we all like your videos and watch them in their entirety that will help too. So my advice to your followers is to do that. And if you're willing to take some advice, try not to let other people's comments get to you. We are all different and we all think differently so just try to keep that in mind. And my other piece of advice is don't open the refrigerators 😊 take care looking forward to more videos

I'm happy to see you're back making videos. I was watching your video where you talk about getting caught. Oh how I know the feeling. My son, his wife and I were exploring a very old, homestead house. It was very small and had newspapers on the floor dated back to the early 1900's. There weren't any 'No Trespassing' signs nor 'Private Property' signs and the house sat alone in a rural area and was right at road line. The house was tiny and wide open and there was no door to the entrance. A truck was driving by and before long, a man was running down the roadway toward us from the opposite direction. He was boiling mad and I thought that had he had a gun, he may shoot us. Apparently, the people driving by in the truck knew the owner of the property and alerted him. He began yelling at us that we had no right to be in that house because it was his property and his ancestors were settlers in that house. I did my best to calm this man down and explain we were only looking and taking photos. He would have absolutely none of that. He kept yelling at us. I became concerned for my son, for he he had a heart condition and I didn't want him to become upset. Luckily, he said nothing for fear of rocking the boat even more. I never really got him calmed down. I never ventured back into an abandoned house/bldg. again for fear this would happen again. My son has since passed away from congestive heart failure. Thanks for sharing your explores. Good to see you back.

I think his liver gave out. That is an insane amount of cans from the same date period. But you point out how long it'd been abandoned, so it makes no sense, unless a squatter was living there after 2016? I too would love to know what's in that cellar building. But breaking locks is going too far unless you have express permission from whoever owns it.

We explore with a sense of wonder, almost exploitative, making light assumption of a persons 40- 80 years of life based on the remnants left behind. I truly respect your decision to end this chapter, especially when it begins to feel so personal and leave you conflicted so. In context, however, we can't always assume the worst. The original occupant could have passed on, or could simply be moved to a home, or with family. This mobile home could be nothing more than a storage dump of said family hence the Calendar being dated well beyond the movie titles and beer cans. Your closing with the gunshots was perhaps more concerning than anything by the end of it. I look forward to whatever you choose to share with us next.

That machine at the 14:00 mark is a machinist Lathe. Its for machining metal to make parts for whatever you want. That thing is worth $$$$. Just judging by the items left behind. I say this person was either a machinist by trade and retired. Or just could have been a hobby of his. Either way. Its really cool and sad at the same time to see this stuff. Knowing someone is probably going to scrap all that stuff.
@dennis81962 ай бұрын
It's worth nothing except in scrap. it wasn't a great machine when new, and now its just junk. Maybe if someone wanted to do it up and use it, it could be worth something but It would be cheaper to buy new and have something you can cut with finer tolerances.

When I see many abandoned houses, I ask myself why none of the relatives are interested in them? There are so many things that could have been used or sold. Why do they let everything rot? If there are no relatives left, the city is usually responsible for clearing such objects. It's a disgrace to let everything go to ruin. Sad.

The correct term is Mobile Home when it was built. The above ground basement was setup not allowed anyone in. It has me wondering what was so important. That he didn't want anyone going inside. There sure a lot of Christmas Holiday Decorations. Some of what was left behind. To me was married with the knick knacks. I don't how much per pound Aluminum goes for. It sure looks like to you can a buck getting the Aluminum Cans. Very interesting place you found.
@francoamerican46322 ай бұрын
The term "mobile home" is considered derogatory. Non-offensive alternatives are "manufactured house" and "stationary tiny home."

What I see is a sad place. This home probably belonged to a couple who lived there for some time together until the woman died around 2020, judging by the dates on everything. The husband, left broken by the loss of his life partner, just started drinking to kill the pain and loneliness. Every once in awhile, it looked like, he tried to clean up but just couldnt bear to part with his wife's things...then there was a leak that turned into serious damage...either his son or daughter forced him out. They couldn't allow him to remain there so they called adult services for the county, took him home with them or put him the old folks home...he could have had a terminal illness so the "rescue" was necessary because he had probably just given up at this point. Either way this whole place should be mercifully destroyed...

Imo there was a couple woman left or died, man retired drank tinkered around house, maybe doing garage sales collecting things, lots of heaters so may have been on a blood thinner, look like there was some fire damage or mold in the home just minor near the kitchen/ living room area. I think the woman collected a lot of things too. A man wouldn't have put all that stuff on the walls. Also with the porch, look like there might have been a dog at one time. Maybe that's why the porch was enclosed the way it was. Also looks like he's drinking got the best of him. Maybe they had children who stepped in, and put him in a nursing home, if there was a fire. And all those boxes of movies it looks to me like that is storage, maybe the family is using it for storage. And maybe they drink beer 2 those movies are in beer boxes and the beer dates we're newer in the house. We are creatures of habits, and we are more like our parents then we like to admit, just saying. Anyways that's just my opinion.

I would make my bet that the guy this place belonged to had a very significant and life changing event happen to him. One he could not accept nor get over. He probably turned to alcohol and either drank himself to death or was killed in some other way. Either way there is a lot of hurt connected to this place. Leave it alone.
