If Viktor plays normally and maxes E, Viktor gets bullied because Deathray doesn't do enough DPM to challenge Vlad's sustain and threaten him with lethal before Viktor goes oom. (Sigh... perhaps one day, Riot will reduce the mana cost of Deathray.) But if Viktor maxes Q first and rushes sheen after LC, it's the Vlad who plays on the backfoot. Delaying Aftershock (laser upgrade) isn't a big deal because Vlad's waveclear is hot garbage. It's also a rare matchup where Viktor should prioritize ignite over TP. Though of course, this is extremely niche, and anything can happen in bronze.

I mute them always but still get demotivated seeing 4 teammates every single game not even understand their champion, let alone their role/lane, let alone their opponent, etc. They just don't understand the game at all, and that's the most frustrating thing for me, considering the amount of time I have put into practicing and improving my own gameplay, only to still get an afk one game, an inter the next, couple of fighting brats the next, and repeat. There's no real incentive for players to improve themselves other than a virtual rank that does not even accurately represent one's skill level, and their own desire to be better; But the vast majority of players don't care about improving themselves, they'd rather just lose a game, rage-queue and repeat for quick ''fun''.

Irelia and Yasuo are exceptional in that fighting in a big wave of enemy minions can be more advantageous than disadvantageous. It often depends on the specific circumstances though and takes a lot more calculation. Which is another reason that Irelia is considered a high-skill champ, and generally not recommended for newer players. But generally, the ideal scenario is to freeze so you can threaten an all-in.

I want to say what you were probably thinking; early on in this video this player claimed to be playing against diamonds in normals, but to be fair, this player is no where near diamond level. Between his mechanics, camera control, and decision making, I feel as though this player didn't learn that much from this session. But to be fair, this individual is a casual player and may not even go on to play ranked. Maybe his girlfriend just thought it would be funny if you yelled at him a bunch. I have joked around with my friends too that I would buy a coaching for them. If this guy wants to improve, he just needs to put more games in and commit to getting better at the game.
