But if i just pushed and i'm 10% hp and 1% mana Ahri mid i will fucking recall and jun will be collapsed by enemy mid that just farmed 3 waves and has 90% resources and i will ping all of that but if he does this anyway well f them.

As a laner, the most annoying thing is when your jungler shoves the wave when he is not supposed to. And when you flame him he says "chill man, just 1 wave" they have no idea how much this 1 wave actually matters in early game. You can snowball 1 wave lead to be 12 wave lead worth of gold if you play well.

Other than mechanics, my take is: 1. He's new to the game and is playing one of the most impactful roles 2. Every champion takes a long time to master, but with viego turning into other characters he has to at least know the basics of 160 champions. By level 50 most people haven't played against all champions, especially since he is one tricking viego. The only practice he gets with those champions is when he controllers them for 5 seconds once or twice a game. 3. Heroes of the storm doesn't have a dedicated jg apparently, I haven't played but I feel that if he played top at least it would be more similar and he could use some more knowledge. I started playing jg at level 30 myself so I'm not judging, just sharing my thoughts.

the start of split 1 i got placed in iron 1, dropped down to iron 2 but climbed all the way to silver 3 (68 lp) at my peak and finished silver 4(48 lp) at the end of split 1. Cus i kinda trolled near towards the end. split 2 i went 5 wins 0 loses in placements and got silver 4 (58 lp) so what u get placed in mostly depends on what rank u got last season and also ur win rate last season, i had a 54 winrate last season ending at 52% at the end and thats why i was placed silver 4 58 lp while going 5-0 so u probably were bronze 4 or iron 1 last season if i had to guess

I'm only about 10 minutes into this video. My first thoughts as to why he's in iron is champion selection. Viego requires so much game knowledge to be good on and to add to that he's on Jungle role one of the most macro intense positions. These two things will certainly accelerate the client's knowledge gathering, but it's gonna put him on a losing streak almost guaranteed until his game knowledge catches up.

In HotS it all comes down to playing your 4 or 5 man like one champ regarding the kits. You do that you win the team fights, winning the objectives,winning the map. Things like him not knowing how to approach on a gank or wave manage show the problem with the HotS player base missing out on Moba basics. That together with the problem that you can hardly Solo or Duo carry and the overall Refusal to improve in the Hits Community killed the game alongside the pro scene cancelation.

Think of it like this. Statistically, the guys on the enemy team are no better than your team mates. You're the only consistent variable across all of your games. Also, even if you are 1-2 tiers lower than you should be, if you have a 55% win rate, that means you need to play 100 games just to win 5 more than you lose. That's what most league players don't realise. The game is designed to be a grind, and all low elo players focus on are the 45 games they lose.

It’s not necessarily bad but for a newer player I think champion selection is super important. And maybe there were parts of the coaching that were edited out but to allow the student to play Viego isn’t the best choice just simply due to lack of champion knowledge. You have to have a basic understanding of all champion abilities. If you don’t you will fail as a viego player. I would not let a newer iron player play something that requires so much knowledge. Play other champions to learn the game so you know what they do and then teach viego. I think teaching a new player to play Warwick would be far more beneficial than trying to have them learn every champion in the game when they are new.

I find the intro to be lacking a real understanding of the beginner experience. It is honestly not that hard to get into Iron. Whats borderline impossible is getting back out again. It is extremely difficult once you are iron, to climb out of it. And even if you do succeed, the next 10 game placement will put you back in iron 1. I had to climb out of iron 3 when I started, got to silver, went 8/10 in the new season placements, and it placed me way back in iron again. The iron games are very tough, regardless of how well you play, there will always be games where you have to do and be capable of doing literally everything. And you have to be playing a champion capable of doing literally everything. games will feature a heartsteal Mundo 45 minutes unkillable, like we see in the end here. It's common. It's normal. There will be some unkillable tank that does more damage than you entire team combined.

because you dont play heroes that can 1 v 9 carry thats why you hardstuck on iron, pick 1 champ learn it very very well play 90% of your ranked games as that champ and the remaining 10% is if it gets banned, taken, or if you autofilled other role, if you master 1 carry champ then you can very very easily get out of iron or any other rank, you need to be kinda a 1trick to carry the lows of iron 😂😂 of course it would be best to have this 1 go to pick that can solo carry but stil have a 2nd pick in your pocket so like be extremely good at 1 and semi good at a second pick, when its autofill well thats though but you can have your carry champ to be someone that can do multiple roles maybe, if you stuck in iron even after months then its clear that you doing something wrong

I'm masters in hots and i've peaked plat in league. Hots is a much less mechanically demanding game, and there may be a lot more going on in any given game but I don't think that means its harder. League is a lot more punishing of your mistakes and the laning phase of league is way more complicated than hots. Good macro in hots is enough to win most of your games, but in league you really need to macro and micro. There's also something to be said about League players just being better at league than hots players are at hots. League has been out a lot longer and has a lot more educational content than hots.

I've been playing league since 2013, I reached like high gold/plat in 2016, but didn't play ranked at all in 2017 or 2018 due to college. Went back to it in 2019, and my placements were at iron 2 or something, although by the end of bo10 I was like at bronze 1. This mmr reset happens if you don't play for a season or more I guess.

I have a three accounts, one is my main account that I play with friends on, the second is my ranked account, and the third is my "hide from friends" ranked account that I only created in the last 5 months. Honestly… iron-gold is nearly the same. I adjusted my playstyles like pinglish and map awareness and better ward placements. Better positioning and knowing when to engage and calculating if it’s better to counter engage just made the game so finite and simple. It is not hard to get out of iron-silver. I do notice the higher the ranking goes some people let go of ego more than the next guy but I still have some stubborn Susans that think they are always right. Good players will admit their mistakes and apologize. I’m in mid plat now and it’s been a lot more chill in the games. Even calling the shots will make a huge difference

Iron and bronze games are 100% winnable, knowing base micro/macro will win you the majority of those games, don’t do the simple bullshit low elos do. Fighting all the time, don’t. Towers and objectives. Aram is a sure fire way to lose ranked games.

If you play arc/jg/mid/top get a split push champ in those roles and just afk sidelines when the enemy allows you to do so. Stop playing with your team thinking they know what to do to win. The only time you want to defend is when they’re at your base taking turrets. /mute all and be selfish. Your team is bad, and will spam ping you when they fight 4vX. Their loss on that fight and not yours. They didn’t have to fight/get caught out. All they had to do was clear waves. It’s not rocket science.

I find most content creators like neace have a completely warped sense of low elo. They always say they never build correctly, they never ward, never rotate, never gain prio before taking objectives. It's almost always false. It used to be a major difference in the elos 12 years ago. But riot has removed the thinking part of this game systematically over time. Players don't need to have game knowledge anymore. This used to be a huge part of what separated the ladder. The system tells you what to build, what summoners, what runes, what to build against which opponent, when timers and camps come back, when major objectives spawn, how long wards have left. Low elo from silver to Plat has almost no distinguishable characteristics. They play al.ost the same. Low elo rotate, ward, and do coordinated things like dive towers lvl 2. The issue with the ladder is they allow for smurfs, which harm the ladder, they don't punish active trolls but do punish the people who flame the trolls for purposely ruining the game. For you to solo carry a game in low elo you must be 2 tiers higher as a carry than the opponents you are facing. If you are bronze, you must be gold level player to solo carry. Normal people do not possess that large of a distance from their opponents. You can also have a 53% win rate and never climb. When you win 14 lp on a win and lose 18-23 lp on a loss. I have personally experienced a start of the season 10 placements, get placed in bronze 3, win 23 games straight with 26 lp wins, then it goes down to 23, 20, 19. Without losing it drops lp. I lose 2 games and it flips. I then for the rest of the season get 14-16 lp for wins and 17-23 lp for losses. With well over 60% win rates. @@MittyNispa I finished low plat last season (not high elo i'm just saying this for some idea of my background) so I also agree that iron/bronze are always winnable, but some of my friends who are worse don't have the mechanics to 1v9 or at least 2v8 which is what I see being necessary down that low

As both lol and hots player i absolutely agree. Especially about the second part since farming minions is super annoying. Wish LoL changed in those aspects also removing minion stealing or even kill stealing. When i have all my team kills playing something like Reghar in Hots nobody flames me for it but try killing somone as a support in League...

HotS has almost nothing in common with with LoL other than the fact that they're both mobas. Like literally nothing from that game transfers. By the same token, if someone in Diamond in LoL went to play HotS, they would immediately be at the bottom of the ladder. Everything is completely different.

I think if someone was Diamond in LoL and went to HotS they would be high elo in HotS pretty quickly because HotS is an easier game. Therefore, the same wouldn’t be true the other way around

Great coaching. Just an extra info, at 6mn, the pathing mid is not great, you never ever gank mid from river except if he is at our tower. And if viego were to follow the top wall (herald side) very closely in order to get top side of the river, that would prevent any wards from seeing him
